We are currently hiring for the following position(s):

Social Media Summer Internship (2025)

The role of a Social Media Summer Intern is critical in today’s digital landscape, where social media serves as a primary channel for communication and engagement with target audiences. This internship offers an opportunity for individuals to gain hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities of the Social Media Summer Intern include:

  • Assisting in the development and execution of social media strategies across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, and TikTok.
  • Creating engaging and relevant content tailored to the target audience, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging.
  • Monitoring social media channels for trends, audience engagement, and feedback, and reporting insights to the marketing team.
  • Collaborating with team members to brainstorm and implement creative campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Scheduling and posting content, as well as managing social media calendars to ensure timely and consistent communication.
  • Assisting in the analysis of social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies, using data to inform future initiatives.

Qualifications for the Social Media Summer Intern position typically include:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field with a GPA of 3.4+
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and proactive.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools and metrics.

This internship is designed to provide valuable experience in the fast-paced world of social media marketing. Interns will have the opportunity to develop their skills, contribute to meaningful projects, and gain insights into the strategies that drive successful social media engagement.

 

Supply Chain Management Internship (2025)

The Supply Chain Management Intern will play a vital role in supporting the supply chain team by assisting with various tasks and projects that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. This internship is designed for individuals who are eager to learn about supply chain processes and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the analysis of supply chain data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Support the procurement team in preparing manufacturing orders.
  • Help coordinate logistics and transportation activities to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Participate in inventory management and control processes to optimize stock levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance communication.
  • Assist the fulfillment team in quality control and fulfillment processes.
  • Develop cost-cutting initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field with a GPA of 3.4+.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively


Fulfillment/Quality Control Associates (Part-time and Full-Time)

As a Fulfillment/Quality Control Associate at Bits & Bows, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your attention to detail and commitment to efficiency will contribute to the overall success of our fast-growing company.

Responsibilities:

  • Pick and pack items for shipment, following established procedures
  • Prepare shipping labels and documentation
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Perform quality control steps to ensure optimal quality of merchandise
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds
  • Reliable and punctual
